V&H is free but a minimum of $5 per person tab of food/drink is suggested. Rulis' has a wonderful changing menu of international cuisine that is reasonably-priced. Rulis is located at 318 N. Mesa (downtown storefront of the Cortez Building, right across from San Jacinto Park). Please support the members of the business community that support the local arts movement.

Love that you do this work. El Chuco, like all cities, really needs these spaces. No wonder folks can't even get in! Things of the soul...yesss.
