This event is free but a minimum of $5 per person tab of food/drink is suggested. Rulis' has a wonderful menu of international cuisine that is reasonably-priced. Rulis' is located at 318 N. Mesa (downtown storefront of the Cortez Building, right across the street from the downtown Christmas tree at San Jacinto Park).
